The service

Jawn Dance AI is a photo-to-video tool for creating Jawn-inspired dance videos from user-supplied images. AI output quality and service availability may vary.

Eligibility and image permissions

Account holders must be at least 18 years old. You must own or have permission to use submitted images and obtain consent from identifiable people. A parent or legal guardian must authorize any image of their child. Do not use the service for sexual exploitation, harassment, fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, or other unlawful content.

AI model and processing

Jawn Dance AI selects Kling Video 2.6 Pro Image-to-Video, developed by Kling AI (Kuaishou), with API access through fal.ai, for photo-to-dance generation. The configured model identifier is fal-ai/kling-video/v2.6/pro/image-to-video. It animates an uploaded image using a preset dance prompt. If the selected model changes, we will update this disclosure before using a replacement. Uploads must be transmitted to the generation provider when processing a requested video; see our Privacy Policy.

AI acceptable use: prohibited content

These rules apply to uploaded images, reference material, generated videos and any use of the service. Do not submit, generate, request or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence or gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, extreme gore, threats, or content encouraging violent wrongdoing.
• Hate: hateful, dehumanizing or discriminatory content targeting people based on protected characteristics, or promotion of violent extremist groups.
• Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content placing children in abusive or dangerous situations. This prohibition includes synthetic and AI-generated depictions.
• Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation: manipulating a person’s likeness without permission, falsely presenting generated content as authentic evidence, identity fraud, scams, or misleading endorsements. Obtain the subject’s consent and disclose AI generation when sharing content in a context where viewers could be misled.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: images, music, logos, characters or other protected material without the necessary rights, or content falsely suggesting affiliation with a rights holder.

Harassment, bullying, unlawful activity and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited.

Content review and moderation

We do not operate a public gallery or promise that every upload is reviewed by a person before processing. Generation requests are subject to the AI provider’s applicable safety restrictions; the provider may reject or block a request. Our support team manually reviews abuse reports and may investigate related account activity, uploads and outputs to the extent available and necessary. Suspected prohibited content may be restricted while a report is investigated. AI safety checks can make mistakes; contact support if you believe a request was incorrectly blocked.

Report abuse and appeal a decision

Report suspected prohibited content, impersonation or intellectual-property infringement to support@jawndanceai.com with the subject “Content abuse report”. Include a content URL, task or order ID if available, a description of the issue and your contact details. Rights holders should identify the protected work and explain their authority to report. Do not email illegal images, CSAM or unnecessary sensitive information; provide identifiers instead. We review reports, investigate as appropriate and communicate the outcome where lawful and practicable. To appeal a restriction, email the same address with the subject “Moderation appeal”, the relevant identifier and supporting explanation. An appeal will receive a human review.

Violations, suspension and termination

If you violate these Terms or the acceptable-use rules, we may reject or cancel a generation, issue a warning, restrict access to content, remove related uploads or outputs under our control, temporarily suspend your account, or terminate access to the service. We consider severity, repeat behavior and available evidence; serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities where required by law, including for suspected child exploitation. We will provide notice and a reason when lawful and practicable, and you may appeal using the process above. Account restrictions do not override applicable consumer rights or our Refund Policy; any payment or unused-generation issue will be assessed under that policy and applicable law.

One-time packs

USD pricing is $9.90 for 1 generation, $19.90 for 3, and $29.90 for 5. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. Purchased unused generations will not expire. Applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. Checkout will clearly identify the payment provider before you buy.

Generation and quality

One submitted job reserves one generation. A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved generation. AI output may contain visual artifacts or differ from your expectations. A completed video does not guarantee exact likeness, precise choreography or social-media popularity. Cancellation after a job is submitted may still use a generation.

Your content and music

You keep the rights you already hold in your uploads. By submitting content, you grant the limited permissions needed to process your input and deliver your output. Any output rights remain subject to third-party rights and applicable provider terms. Original commercial music is not promised in downloads. Adding a song through a social platform remains subject to that platform's licensing terms.

See the refund policy. Contact support@jawndanceai.com with questions. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or specific generation times. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse or third-party outages. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Independent product

Jawn Dance AI is not affiliated with Jerri, TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, Starrd or Pippit. Names are used descriptively. This website does not claim ownership of their music, brands or content.

Original template previews

Our Jawn Groove preview is a fictional adult generated with Kling Video 2.6 Pro Text-to-Video through fal.ai. It is a Jawn-inspired motion example, not a recording of a real performer. New photo animation uses the separately disclosed Image-to-Video model.
