Who we are
Jawn Dance AI is the independent photo-to-video product presented at jawndanceai.com. For privacy requests, contact support@jawndanceai.com.
Information processed today
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and protect this website. This page loads Google Fonts; your browser may connect to Google to request font files. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
If you email us, we receive the information you include, including your email address. We use it to respond and handle your request. Please do not email payment card details or sensitive personal photos.
Planned generator features
Before photo generation opens, this policy will be updated to identify the active AI and payment providers, explain uploaded-photo and video retention, account information, processing locations and deletion controls. Uploads will be processed to create the video you request. We do not plan to sell your uploaded photos or use them to train our own AI model.
Retention and your choices
We retain support correspondence only as needed to respond, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by email, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Technical hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider's retention settings.
Children
The service is intended for account holders aged 18 or older. When generation opens, only an authorized parent or legal guardian may submit an image of their child. Do not submit images of unrelated children without permission.
Updates
We will publish changes here with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting future photo processing will be available before uploads are enabled.
Selected AI generation provider
The selected generation model is Kling Video 2.6 Pro Motion Control by Kling AI (Kuaishou), accessed through fal.ai. When generation is available and you request a video, your uploaded photo and the dance reference must be processed by these providers to deliver the output. Their processing is subject to their applicable service terms and privacy policies. Do not upload sensitive images or photos you lack permission to use.
