This policy explains how Jawn Dance AI handles website, account, generation and support information.

Who we are

Jawn Dance AI is the independent photo-to-video product presented at jawndanceai.com. For privacy requests, contact support@jawndanceai.com.

Information processed today

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and protect this website. This page loads Google Fonts; your browser may connect to Google to request font files. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

If you email us, we receive the information you include, including your email address. We use it to respond and handle your request. Please do not email payment card details or sensitive personal photos.

Photo and video processing

Images submitted for generation are processed through fal.ai using Kling Image-to-Video. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded images and generated videos. Account information associates requests and generation credits with you. Waffo handles checkout; sandbox transactions do not collect real money. We do not sell uploaded photos or use them to train our own AI model. Contact support to request deletion; we do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.

Retention and your choices

We retain support correspondence only as needed to respond, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by email, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Technical hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider's retention settings.

Children

The service is intended for account holders aged 18 or older. Only an authorized parent or legal guardian may submit an image of their child. Do not submit images of unrelated children without permission.

Updates

We will publish changes here with an updated effective date. Material changes to photo processing will be described in this policy.

Selected AI generation provider

The selected generation model is Kling Video 2.6 Pro Image-to-Video by Kling AI (Kuaishou), accessed through fal.ai. When you submit a video request, your uploaded photo and the selected dance prompt must be processed by these providers to deliver the output. Their processing is subject to their applicable service terms and privacy policies. Do not upload sensitive images or photos you lack permission to use. Original template previews

Our Jawn Groove preview is a fictional adult generated with Kling Video 2.6 Pro Text-to-Video through fal.ai. It is a Jawn-inspired motion example, not a recording of a real performer. New photo animation uses the separately disclosed Image-to-Video model.

Free previews and local drafts

A signed browser cookie identifies your free preview and associates it with your account when you sign in in the same browser. A keyed hash of your network address limits repeated free claims; shared networks may share an allowance. We also apply a daily trial limit. Your selected photo may be kept as a local draft in your browser session for up to 24 hours to preserve it through sign-in; use Remove to clear it. Uploaded media uses expiring signed preview links and is not automatically published in our examples. Downloading through the service requires sign-in and ownership of the video.
